The Quality Control department evaluates all raw materials prior to use, and a certificate of analysis is required for any material before it is used in production. At National Colloid, all lab and manufacturing equipment is calibrated in accordance with good manufacturing practices at preset intervals to ensure that all measurements are accurate.
Next, an individual batch sheet with detailed manufacturing instructions is issued for every blend we make. This guarantees that every product is made properly, every time. The entire process is supervised by a production manager and a process engineer to verify that everything we do conforms to the highest standards.
When the production process ends, National Colloid’s commitment to quality doesn’t. Every product we make undergoes a meticulous system of quality control testing to ensure that it meets specifications. Customers can rest assured knowing that when their order leaves our facility, it meets the highest quality standards. We have experienced laboratory technicians that test every batch of every product we manufacture. We make certain that your order meets all of your requirements before it goes out the door. We also provide certificates of analysis or compliance upon request.
Our customers can feel good knowing that when an order leaves our facility, National Colloid’s responsibilities don’t leave with it. Our quality control laboratory keeps retain samples of every product we manufacture for a minimum of six months. These retain samples are continually monitored during this period to make sure no issues arise.
